3rd SAEMEC
In 2011, the third Mechanical Engineering Academic Week supported by SEBRAE and AREA (Rondonopolitana Association of Engineers and Architecs), regional body of CREA. During the event realization lectures were presented featuring the entrepeneur professional profile,wich through were exposed for the compreension of the industrial sector, workable solution for the local logistic proposals in order to seize the opportunities needs of the industrial sector for the technological, sustainable and healthy development.
2nd SAEMEC / 1st SNTS
In 2010 happen the second Mechanical Engineering Academic Week with the first National Seminar of Sustainable Technologies who has show very constructive due the participation of Nationwide speakers and researches of UNICAMP, UFPE and USP. Only a new restructured engineering with ecological values can handle the transformation of a society woth the same values. A metodology has developed for treat the subject, first dimension: Technological Resources, second dimension: Modelo of Development and the third dimension: Social and Company. It was a sustaintability compreension proposal within a wide contexto, a sistematic view that take the universe in wich it is insert recognizing the interdependence of the three dimensions.
1st SAEMEC
In 2009 took place at the Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso, Campus Rondonópolis, the first Mechanical Engineering Academic Week,promoted by the undergraduates of the course whose theme was: 'Mechanical Engineering: Innovation and Technology for Mato Grosso'. This event aimed at contributing in the process of professional qualification of the graduation students, where the local companies with expansion projects could colaborate with exhibitions lectures.
The Mechanical Engineering Academic Week – SAEMEC it’s an event held since 2009 and has gained notoriety through the editions. In the year of 2012 a new event has born, Semana de Atualização Tecnológica – SAT.

1st SAT
The Technological Atualization Week was held in the first lective semester of 2012 with the presence of a Mobile Unit of Technological Diffusion of Deb'Maq in which courses and workshops were held for teachers and students of Mechanical Engineering academic course, companies professinals that supor the SAEMEC, and also machine shop technician students.

4th SAEMEC
The fourth edition of the event took place from 18 to 22 September of 2013, within the theme “Engineering, Industry and Society”. Again featuring speakers from others regions of the country. And it was the first time on the event the spaghetti bridge contest.
